“Updated Policies for 2023 

All payments must be completed at least 2 days prior to workout. For example, if a workout is set for Thursday, payment must be made by Tuesday or the slot will be subject to being replaced. 

Any workout package of 4 must be completed within 30 days of the original start date.  

Any cancellation will require at least a 24-hour notice in order to be honored. If honored, makeup sessions must be made up within 30 days of the original planned workout date.
